Meet Will
Before becoming a home inspector and craftsman, Will served 21 years in the United States Navy. Will spent most of that time learning how to fix and inspect the launch and recovery equipment of aircraft on 4 different aircraft carriers.
Before Will retired from the Navy, he inspected and led teams of 50+ personnel during carrier flight operations. He operated, maintained, and inspected some of the most dangerous equipment in one of the most dangerous environments on the planet. His time at sea involved over 100,000 aircraft launches and recoveries on flight decks with zero mishaps.
Will’s 20+ year career taught him how to be a reliable professional who is communicative, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

Real Estate Industry Veteran Maureen Mascaro and Navy Veteran William Ward teamed up to create Building Standard which tie into other services provided by Maureen’s companies Mango Management and The Common Area. Not only are they business partners, they are also life partners and recently gave birth to their first daughter Maeve!
Maureen, a well known figure in the real estate and construction industry in South Florida has made it her mission to create a family of businesses that work together to provide synergistic business services to the community.
